The museum re-staged the 1944 show in 2005, and called it “The Imagery of Chess Revisited.” Certainly one of the initial tables is on watch, and the majority of the other primary chess sets are represented by diligently investigated reproductions. The exhibit also includes numerous archival photographs, along with recollections from participant
